What garments do you print on?
We print on high quality pre-shrunk cotton garments. Our products are professionally screen printed and embroidered within the UK.
What size shirt should I order?
Refer to the sizing chart and any additional sizing details provided on the relevant product page in our online shop.
What are the care instructions for my garments?
Please refer to the custom woven care labels found inside our products. Note: we recommend that you do not wash our headwear. Sponge clean only.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.
How secure is this store?
All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.
What is your exchange / return policy?
We offer a 14 day exchange policy, subject to stock availability. If you are unhappy with the fit of your garment and wish to exchange it for a different size or you would prefer a different colour you may do so within 14 days of receipt. In all cases, the returned items must be received in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. We will not accept any items that have been worn, marked or washed.
We do not currently offer refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your garment and wish to return it we can offer store credit of up to the purchase price if returned to us within 14 days of receipt and in the condition you received it in.
Items purchased during a sale period CANNOT be returned.
If for some reason there is a problem with your order (wrong size/garment/colour) please contact us here and we will be happy to amend the problem.
The garments are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the garments.
Please note exchanges will incur a charge for postage. Postage costs for any exchanges required due to a mistake on our part will be covered by ourselves.If you are wanting to return/exchange an item please contact us through the contact us.
How long will delivery of my order take?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 days from the date of ordering (Monday to Friday). Items are not shipped out on Bank Holidays. International orders are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.
Please allow 14 business days for domestic orders and 21 business days for international orders before contacting us about the status of your order.

** Any posts made on our social networks relating to orders will not be answered and will be removed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
I missed my delivery. What do I do?
Any items not delivered due to the recipient not being home will be returned to the postal depot. Royal Mail will have left a missed delivery card explaining how to arrange redelivery or collection from the depot. Failure to do so will result in the parcel being returned to us and we will issue a full refund MINUS the postal charges. We advice customers to select a postal address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the order (home or place of work).

Can we contact you about modelling?Yes. We do have a team of models and from time to time we may be looking to make additions to this team. We focus on working with local talented individuals so if you are interested contact us here.
Can we contact you about band endorsements?We are currently on the search for a band or two to endorse. It is essential that you have a strong following and that you fit the image of our label. For enquiries please contact us here.
